In a thrilling conclusion to the Esports World Cup 2026 Club Championship in Paris, AG.AL has emerged victorious, securing the top spot with 5,300 points. The team’s dramatic win in Trackmania sealed their fate, earning them the coveted title and a staggering USD 7 million prize. The competition, which spanned seven weeks, saw over 2,000 players vying for a record-breaking USD 75 million prize pool.
AG.AL’s campaign was marked by impressive performances, including a first-place finish in Tekken 8 and second-place finishes in Chess, Free Fire, and the Honor of Kings World Cup. They also secured a third-place finish in Teamfight Tactics. Team Falcons trailed closely behind, finishing second with 4,600 points, while Team Vitality, Natus Vincere, and Team Liquid rounded out the top five with 3,300, 2,950, and 2,700 points, respectively.
The championship title was decided on the final weekend, when AG.AL’s Gwendal “Gwen” Duparc won the EWC’s inaugural Trackmania tournament to secure the Club Championship. “We are proud of what the Esports World Cup has achieved in Paris and of its continued international growth,” said His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan al Saud, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Esports Foundation.
