A Special Intensive Revision (SIR) training program for Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of various Assembly Constituencies in Garo Hills was held at the Social Mobilization Experimentation and Learning Centre (SMELC) building in Tura, West Garo Hills, from August 10 to 13. The training program was attended by BLOs from different Assembly Constituencies, including Phulbari, Rajabala, Selsella, North Tura, Gambegre, and Dalu. The program aimed to equip the BLOs with knowledge on the Claims & Objections phase, verification, notices, hearings, and disposal process.
The training program was conducted by Block Development Officers, Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), Booth Level Officer Supervisors, and Assistant Section Officers (ASEs).
