The Commonwealth Cue Sports Championships 2026 concluded at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad on Saturday, with India topping the medal table with 13 medals – three gold, five silver and five bronze.
India’s gold medals were earned by Aditya Snehal Mehta in men’s snooker, Anupama Ramachandran in women’s English billiards, and Rayaan Razmi in men’s English billiards. All three finals were contested between Indian players.
Silver medals were won by Dhvaj Haria (men’s snooker), Keerthana Pandian (women’s snooker), Revanna Umadevi (women’s English billiards), Paras Gupta (men’s heyball), and Divya Sharma (men’s 10‑ball pool). Bronze medals came from Laxman Singh Rawat (men’s snooker), Ishika Shah and Shruthi Lakshminarayanan (women’s snooker), Mohamed Thaha Irshath (men’s snooker), Uzair Khan (men’s heyball), Paddy McLoughlin (men’s 10‑ball pool), and others in blackball and 10‑ball events.
The four‑day competition drew 144 players from more than 40 nations across English billiards, snooker, heyball, 10‑ball pool and blackball. It was the first time the multi‑discipline championships were staged in India and served as a centerpiece of the Billiards & Snooker Federation of India’s centenary celebrations. India’s haul underscored its growing strength in cue sports on home soil.
