India dominated the West Indies in the second ODI of the three‑match series, winning by eight wickets to secure a 2‑0 lead. Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma were the main contributors.
Gill finished unbeaten on 223, the fastest double century in ODI history, while Rohit scored 101 off 75 balls. The openers added 255 runs for the first wicket.
West Indies posted 405/7 in 50 overs, powered by centuries from John Campbell (101), Shai Hope (104) and Amir Jangoo (114). Kuldeep Yadav took 2/65.
India chased the target, scoring 406/2 in 43.3 overs with 39 balls to spare. Shamar Joseph was the only West Indies bowler to claim a wicket, finishing with 1/52.
With the series now decided, India maintains an unassailable 2‑0 advantage.
