DIMAPUR, Nagaland – Contractors slated to bid on the upcoming Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) tender for road and bridge projects under Phases III and IV have been instructed to appear at the Union offices between September 1 and September 5, 2026. The directive, issued by the Union‑Nagaland Contractors’ & Suppliers’ Union (NCSU) and the Nagaland Government Registered Class I Contractors Union (NGRC 1CU), requires each participant to attend a briefing session before submitting their bids.
During the scheduled visits, contractors will receive detailed guidance on the tendering process and will be required to sign an undertaking with the respective Union bodies. The undertaking formalizes the contractors’ commitment to comply with the procedural requirements set by the unions and the government. Participants have been urged to complete the paperwork promptly to avoid any delays in their bid submissions.
The initiative is intended to foster coordination, ensure mutual understanding, and facilitate a smooth, orderly tendering process for all involved parties.
