The NSS Cell of Don Bosco College, Itanagar, has successfully represented Arunachal Pradesh at the Northeast NSS Festival held at Kohima Science College, Jotsoma, Nagaland.
The festival, which took place from 27 to 31 July, was organised under the theme ‘Viksit Bharat’. The event featured various technical sessions on topics such as youth empowerment and nation building, employment and economic stability, and mental health.
During the festival, the volunteers from Don Bosco College actively participated in several competitions, showcasing their skills and talents. Their efforts paid off as they secured two 2nd prizes, one in extempore speech and the other in folk dance.
A total of 32 NSS volunteers from the college attended the festival, accompanied by NSS Programme Officer Samsom Mossang.
